Mr. Riemer has extensive transactional experience in a wide range of corporate finance work including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity related transactions, public takeovers, disposals, joint ventures and partnerships. Before joining Warendorf Mr Riemer was Managing Partner Europe and member of the Global Executive Committee of a well known International law firm. In recent years Mr Riemer worked regularly in the Middle East and Asia. Mr Riemer sits on the board of various companies and is frequently called upon by company boards to advise them on key business decisions and governance related matters. 

Mr. Riemer has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas: corporate law.
Based on this registration he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in this registered principal legal area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
