Practice

Mr. Botter has extensive experience in financing transactions including acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, financial restructurings, structured finance, capital market transactions, property finance and venture capital. He advises banks and borrowers in both domestic and international transactions. In addition, Mr. Botter advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions and on insolvency related matters. Before joning Warendorf Mr Botter was a partner at a well-known top 10 Dutch law firm.

Mr. Botter has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas: financial law. Based on this registration he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in this registered principal legal area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
